Terumo Aortic are seeking a dynamic Head of Supply Planning to lead our end-to-end supply planning function across the business. You will lead the Global Supply Planning and Production Planning teams and play a key role in shaping planning strategy, short and long-term supply plans, and inventory policies aligned with our Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process. You will be responsible for ensuring service levels of 98.5% across 13 global regions, overseeing 6,000 finished goods SKUs, and driving improvements in planning processes and systems (SAP S4 Hana). Experience in medical device or healthcare manufacturing environments is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the Production Planning and Global Supply Planning teams Ensure high service levels across markets through effective supply planning Develop and manage long-range supply plans aligned with global SIOP strategy Design and enforce inventory policies across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Partner with the SIOP team to run monthly planning cycles and drive scenario analysis Act as business lead for planning-related SAP S4 Hana developments Escalate and resolve cross-functional supply issues in collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service Support future-state 3PL integration and planning process transformation Who You Are 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Planning, ideally in medical devices or healthcare 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana in a planning environment Strong leadership presence, with a track record of managing high-performing teams Excellent Excel skills and comfort working with complex data models Confident communicator across all levels and functions Process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
