Where you fit in
Balancing commercial awareness with creative thinking, you’ll play a leading role in shaping business, brand and creative strategy for our clients. As a trusted advisor for clients and a respected strategy leader within the agency, you’ll have an in-depth understanding of effectiveness principles, knowing your Byron from you Binet and your Ritson from your Ries & Trout. And you’ll have a keen eye for brilliant creative and be able to reference the latest and greatest ads.
On the day to day, you’ll work closely with our creative and business leadership teams to drive our client’s business through the delivery of effective and inspiring strategy. You’ll be an engaging presenter and a natural collaborator, building relationships with creative teams and business leadership to deliver the best work in the most seamless way.
Responsibilities Will Include
* Leading on high-level brand and communication/channel strategies
* Researching, devising creative briefs and actively guiding creative work
* Accurately defining and scoping strategy projects while fostering excellent relationships with the internal team and client
* Operating as a strategic advisor internally and externally with colleagues and clients
* Championing channel-agnostic thinking, including new technologies and platforms
* Leading marketing effectiveness
Working from the office three days a week, you’ll be a key ingredient of agency culture and rep strategy to our 250 strong agency team.

* A skilled collaborator with excellent relationship building skills, both internally and externally.
* The ability to clearly communicate ideas that inspire, both verbally and written.
* Confident working with data and multiple research platforms, distilling what you find into actionable findings.
