Role
We’re hiring a UX Designer – Design Systems & AI Workflows to accelerate the next evolution of our product experience. You will help scale our design system, streamline team workflows, and actively look for ways to improve everyday UX practices with AI. This role bridges design and engineering, reduces operational friction, and leverages AI to speed up prototyping, documentation, and asset management, influencing global enterprise products.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and evolve the design system library, defining components, documentation, and guidelines for efficient adoption.
* Work closely with the broader team to optimise design tools, standardise templates, and streamline the delivery pipeline between UX and engineering.
* Explore, test, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to accelerate design processes.
* Partner with developers to ensure design tokens and components align with code repositories such as Storybook.
* Lead audits and cleanup processes to eliminate inconsistencies across the platform or introduce scalable new functionalities.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, with a strong portfolio focused on design systems and operational workflows within an enterprise environment.
* Strong mastery of Figma, including variables/tokens, complex variants, auto-layout, and component libraries.
* Tech-forward mindset with experience or strong desire to pilot AI tools to optimise design work.
* Technical literacy of how design systems interface with engineering tools (e.g., Zeroheight, Storybook, token translation tools).
* Detail-oriented with understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and component scalability.
* Excellent collaboration skills when working across remote, global teams, taking constructive feedback, and aligning with engineering partners.
