1. Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time
2. Assess guests’ needs to provide customised, effective purchase and return solutions and support
3. Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product
4. Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions
5. Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest or store needs
Working with Others
6. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests
7. Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations
Operations
9. Perform product presentation tasks (visual merchandising, restock or add depleted items to the floor from inventory) according to company standards
10. Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences
11. Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the luxury environment of the store
12. Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
13. Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations
About You
Eligibility
14. Must be 18 years of age or older
15. Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only)
16. Applicant must provide 5 years of work & residential history
17. A DBS check will be required before starting employment
18. Any employment offer is subject to applicant passing all necessary airport approvals and background checks
Availability
19. Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
20. Must be available to work shifts that start as early as 5am & finish as late as 10.30pm
21. Applicant is personally responsible for their own transport to and from the airport for these times
Other Willingness Requirements
22. Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
23. Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work
24. Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
25. Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently
