Learn more about what sets us apart here. About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Treasurer to join our dynamic Property Asset Management team (Real Estate). The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing incoming payments, matching cash receipts, processing refunds, managing deposits, query resolution and performing bank reconciliations, while ensuring compliance to client monies regulations. The role requires strong excel skills, confidence with accounting and banking systems and excellent communication skills/stakeholder management. What you will be responsible for Attend to daily banking and general cashiering duties including bank reconciliations. Ensure that all department systems ranging from Horizon, Yardi and the banking systems are always maintained in a professional manner. To communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that business is managed in an efficient and professional manner. To understand the PAM Department and have sound business knowledge, always adhering to RICS client money guidelines. To build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership. To perform other tasks delegated by the Partner in charge as required. What experience you will need Qualifications and Experience Previous high-volume accounts receivable, cash allocation or treasury experience. Exposure to a regulated environment. Strong excel skills, with comfort across a variety of banking platforms and accounting systems. Real estate experience and accounting qualification desirable but not essential Skills and Personal Quality Sociable and approachable, enjoys working with others and has a collaborative approach working as part of a team. Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships across the wider Knight Frank network. Will approach the role with a positive, proactive attitude, a diligent work ethic and a sense of ownership. A proactive and professional approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to use own initiative, put forward ideas and thoughts for improvement.
