Key Actions
* Assess Income Protection claims. Attention to detail and compliance are key as you will be adhering to the industry leading claims practice. This willincludeobtaining medical information, financial information, and any other information relevant to theassessment of the risk on each claim; adhering to the relevant Service Level Agreement
* Drafting and issuing claims decision letters and other claims related correspondence. This may includecommunications to Senior members of staff.
* Liaise with the strategic underwriters, management, reinsurers, and other stakeholders to ensure the swiftand correct outcome of a claim.
* Support team members with best practice techniques, medical practice through knowledge sharing.
* Follow internal client service practices which build rewarding relationships and enables exceptional clientservice
