Job Responsibilities: · Set up and break down event spaces for conferences and banquets, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place. · Coordinate with the kitchen to manage food and beverage orders for events. · Interact with guests to provide exceptional service, taking orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns. · Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards. · Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas. · Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. · Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment. · Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. · Support team members and collaborate to achieve common goals.
