A highly respected insurance broker is seeking a client-focused Account Handler to join their established team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of SME Commercial clients, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
About the Role:
* You’ll join an established team of 8 Account Handlers supporting SME clients with individual premiums of up to £10,000.
* You’ll work closely with Account Executives, and you’ll be the first point of contact for all client queries, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and expertise.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Delivering a high-quality, efficient service to clients across a variety of sectors.
* Supporting Account Executives in the day-to-day management and renewal of client portfolios.
* Preparing, processing, and reviewing all documentation related to policy placement, amendments, and renewals.
* Building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
* Contributing to the company’s strong reputation for professionalism, competence, and outstanding customer service.
About You:
* We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, expertise, and a genuine passion for delivering excellence.
* Previous experience within SME or commercial account handling gained within an insurance brokerage.
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* The ability to work effectively under pressure and handle complex information with confidence.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, negotiation, and client management.
