RG Consultancy are working with a fantastic SME in Wythenshawe who are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full-time permanent basis. You will join a small friendly finance team and report into the finance manager on a daily basis. This is a supportive role and would suit someone who would like more exposure into accounts payable and all-around accounts

Role Responsibilities
* Post invoices and ensure correct coding
* Manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to queries
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve issues
* Process expenses and credit card transactions
* Manage payments on account and supplier portals
* Support month-end and year-end processes
* Assist with other duties as required
Person Specification
* Previous experience working within a purchase ledger/accounts payable role
* Study towards an AAT qualification would be an advantage but not essential
* Strong IT skills, good MS Excel skills and experience using SAGE 200 would be an advantage
* Confident communicator and high level of accuracy
