Role Overview
Welsh Water is looking for a recent graduate to join their AI Team as part of the graduate programme, focusing on AI delivery, adoption, and technical enablement.
Core Responsibilities
* Support the Microsoft Copilot community: deliver training sessions, demos, clinics; provide technical guidance and troubleshooting; support documentation and internal knowledge sharing.
* Support AI projects end-to-end: assist with AI proofs of concept, pilots, production solutions; contribute to requirements gathering, testing, and refinement of AI use cases; potentially lead small initiatives with senior mentorship.
* Adoption and change management: support user onboarding, communications, engagement activities; measure adoption and feedback; collaborate with business teams to translate needs into practical AI solutions.
* Technical delivery and enablement: support technical configuration and delivery of AI solutions; work with architects, engineers, and vendors on implementations; develop understanding of responsible AI, data governance, and security considerations.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2:2 degree in a technology‑focused or analytically strong discipline by September 2026.
* Relevant degrees include Computer Science/Software Engineering, Data Science/Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Information Systems/Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics (strong technical interest), Digital Transformation/Technology Management.
* Demonstrated interest in AI tooling and adoption preferred.
* No prior experience required.
