The Role As a Support Worker, you will: Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team Support individuals with complex and enhanced mental health needs Safely and confidently manage behaviours that may challenge, including forensic-related behaviours Encourage independence through a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach Support individuals in developing everyday living skills within a safe and structured environment Flexible working patterns are available, including: Day shifts Part-time hours Bank shifts About the Service This service supports individuals transitioning from long-term secure placements, rehabilitation settings, and forensic environments.
