What the Job Involves The role requires you to work as part of the Family Gateway Team, providing information, advice, and assistance to families and professionals concerning services offered by Early Help or other partner agencies. Contacts are facilitated through telephone calls, web chat, and email. You will manage and coordinate multiple referrals without carrying a caseload. The job involves liaising with social workers and other professionals when identifying individuals at risk. You will work from the Conference Centre, Eastmoors Road, CF24 5RR, on a hybrid basis with an agreed number of days in the office each week.
