Key Responsibilities
* Managing Directors’ diaries, prioritising meetings, maintaining action logs, tracking key deadlines, and supporting effective work planning. Make decisions independently when necessary.
* Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Directors.
* Organise and support Board, Trustees and Committees: agenda preparation, minute-taking/action points, monitoring and following up on actions.
* Lead on collation, analysis, drafting and formatting of regular reports, dashboards and management information related to directorate and strategic performance.
* Manage supplier contracts, ensuring cost‑effective procurement of services and equipment.
* Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide cross‑team support.
About You
* Proven experience in high‑level administration at Director/Board level.
* Significant experience supporting a senior executive as an Executive Assistant.
* A self‑starter, prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
* Exceptional organisational skills, managing multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, engaging senior stakeholders with accuracy and detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Adaptable, resourceful, self‑motivated, with strong emotional intelligence.
* Experience working in a confidential environment with sensitive information.
