Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 15:45 pm

We’re looking for Teaching Assistants who are ready to support children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), non-verbal communication needs, and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you have a heart for helping children thrive, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils with complex needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment
* Assisting with communication, sensory integration, and emotional regulation
* Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning goals between the ages of 4-19
* Helping children engage in classroom activities, play, and therapeutic sessions
* Collaborating with teachers and therapists to deliver holistic care and education
* Celebrating every small step of progress and building meaningful relationships
Who We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with young people, ideally within an SEND setting
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills
* Passionate about supporting and inspiring children to reach their full potential
* Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach
* Experience supporting children or adults with additional needs such as ASC, ADHD, or similar conditions
* Knowledge of Makaton, sign language, or alternative communication methods is desirable but not essential
* A proactive attitude with a flexible and caring approach to supporting children’s individual needs
