We are seeking a dynamic, forward‑thinking Service Manager to join our Learning Disabilities Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to shape high‑quality, person‑centred services across Oxfordshire and to lead dedicated multi‑disciplinary teams that provide specialist, complex care.
In this pivotal role you will provide operational leadership and line management to Service Team Managers, focusing on staffing, training, finance, performance and service development. You will work closely with the Service & Clinical Director, Clinical Leads, and external partners to drive service development, champion innovation and ensure safe, compassionate practice.
Responsibilities
You will:
* Lead the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care across the four Learning Disability Services.
* Develop and implement strategy, policy and operational plans in the areas of quality, workforce, finance, performance and strategic change.
* Engage with stakeholders and partners to foster collaboration and improve outcomes.
* Ensure services comply with Trust policies, clinical standards and national guidance.
* Inspire teams to meet service user needs sustainably and effectively.
