Our client looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal Occupational Therapist to lead OT practice across both Adult Social Care and Children’s Services at Bristol. 6‑Month Contract | Hybrid (2 Days Office)
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Lead the strategic direction of OT across Adults and Children’s Services
2. Strengthen OT pathways and embed strengths‑based, person‑centred practice
3. Drive key elements of the Adult Social Care transformation programme
4. Provide expert professional leadership, governance and quality assurance
5. Support workforce development and influence training and practice priorities
6. Use performance data to drive quality, improvement and consistency

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
11. HCPC‑registered OT (DipCOT / BSc or equivalent)
12. Strong social care OT background with leadership/management experience
13. Proven ability to lead service improvement and influence senior stakeholders
14. Confidence in driving change, redesigning pathways and embedding new models
15. Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
