JOB DESCRIPTION: This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of company operations, including Contracts, Projects, Manufacturing, Procurement and Customer Service. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring both strategic oversight and a willingness to be directly involved in the detail, including managing large projects. This will be the go-to person for leading the change in shaping internal processes and building teams to enable efficient delivery and ensure growth is sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
· PROJECT DELIVERY - Project manage ventilation installs from £50 - £200k
· Build a process and support team that will enable Sales Team to be relieved of an order once PO has been received
· CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & STATEGY - Driving efficiency in handling of issues and NCRs
· Implement best practice, systems, and technologies to ensure consistent quality of delivery and department scalability
· FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT - Driving profitability through improved budget management, forecasting and team KPIs
· TEAM DEVELOPMENT - Recruit, mentor, and develop an operations team capable of supporting the company's growth
Key Role Requirements
· Proven track record in senior operational leadership, ideally within manufacturing, engineering and/or technical project delivery sectors.
· Demonstrable ability to balance hands-on project management with strategic operational leadership.
· Resilient, pragmatic, and capable of thriving in a fast-moving, growing business environment.
· Have and/or pick up a degree of technical knowledge quickly.
· Willing to travel routinely within the UK

Pay: £80,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
