Working as part of the Housekeeping team, the Room Attendant maintains the cleanliness and presentation of hotel bedrooms.
Role Responsibility
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining luxury standards of cleanliness and service
* Greeting guests and providing excellent service
* Servicing guest bedrooms to high standards
* Communicating with Housekeeping Supervisors
* Reporting maintenance issues
* Handling guest property left behind
* Adhering to Health and Safety requirements
* Using cleaning chemicals per COSHH guidelines
