Respond to customer enquiries via phone & email.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
Scheduling customer works with engineers & sub-contractors.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
Handle complaints professionally, ensuring they are escalated when required.Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with using customer service software and systems.
