* I am looking for someone with extensive experience in managing large CRM or care systems, ideally within a fundraising or non-profit setting. You should have a proven track record of staying current with compliance, data protection, and other relevant regulatory legislation. Additionally, I require skills to resolve complex data protection challenges and experience in campaign and database analysis using advanced tools such as MS Dynamics, FastStats, and SQL. A strong understanding of customer relationship management principles, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team, are also essential. I value collaboration and seek someone who can work across teams and influence at all levels, while confidently explaining technical concepts in clear, accessible language. Advanced problem-solving abilities are a must.
Responsibilities:
* As the Head of Data & Insight, you will lead, manage, motivate, and develop the Data and Insight team, ensuring expert support is provided across the Association. You'll line manage three direct reports and work collaboratively with stakeholders to set priorities and agree on deliverables. Your oversight of workflows will ensure that deadlines and service level agreements are consistently met. You will also maintain and continuously improve our data quality standards and ensure compliance with legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulations. Your guidance will be essential on regulatory and data protection matters for our directors and senior managers. You will advise on projects and initiatives to ensure that data and insight are effectively embedded in our plans, while also collaborating with Technology heads and actively contributing to leadership discussions and strategy. Your support will be crucial for delivering the Association's Digital, Data, and Technology strategy.
