We collaborate closely with colleagues across Boots to ensure our customers, stores, and Advisors remain central to everything we do. Our role is to ensure Advisors handling contacts across all channels are equipped to support customers effectively and deliver exceptional care through the services we provide. Key responsibilities Our team is made up of Business Partners and Assistant Business Partners who manage relationships with the wider Boots business and oversee communications and insights on behalf of the Call Centre. While this role has no direct reports, we work collaboratively to support each other and the wider team. You will meet with stakeholders to stay informed about changes or issues that may impact our customers or Advisors, and conduct reviews as needed. When new services or process changes are introduced, you will be responsible for supporting change requests from concept to delivery on behalf of the CSC. You will need to respond quickly and effectively when issues arise. Expected to provide insights to support issue resolution or proposed changes. Function as the first point of contact into the CSC for key business areas that use CSC services, including teams across the wider business. Drive efficiencies and process improvements by gathering and analysing insights from customers and stores. What you'll need to have Ability to adapt to change as Call Centres evolve with innovative technologies. Experience working in a Call Centre environment. Strong decision-making skills Confidence to challenge constructively when needed. Proficiency in basic office applications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written An initiative-taking approach to building relationships and developing a strong stakeholder network. Analytical skills to identify key themes and drive positive change. Understanding of the business's strategic goals and objectives Strong attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload in an agile environment. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
