The Role
As an Adult Support Worker, you will:
* Provide person-centred care and support to adults with complex needs, including those with autism, learning disabilities, and at times can challenge.
* Promote independence and life skills through tailored support plans and activities.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.
* Manage challenging behaviours with empathy, patience, and effective strategies, supported by our extensive training programs.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our services.

* Experienced in working with challenging behaviours
* UK full driving licence holder
* Excellent communicators with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
