Clear criminal records check (dated within last 10 weeks, cost met by employer) Full UK Driving Licence About the Role: As the Technical Branch Manager, you will be pivotal in driving commercial performance and ensuring stellar service delivery to our UK-based clients. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to managing branch operations while fostering a culture of excellence and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Strategically plan and allocate resources to meet operational goals. Champion Health & Safety best practises and compliance. Oversee financial management and budgeting processes. Develop local business strategies in line with global objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities for market expansion. Support and manage the local team, promoting collaboration and accountability. Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management. Liaise between the UK branch and headquarters for effective communication.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a managerial role within the engineering sector. Solid technical knowledge to understand our products and industry standards. Strong understanding of the UK market and business environment. Exceptional leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for outstanding service. Fluent in English and eligible to work in the UK.
