Role Summary:
The Intercontinental Cuisine Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of high-end international dishes (e.g., French, Italian, American, Asian) with exceptional taste and visual appeal. This role requires maintaining top culinary standards, creativity in presentation, and attention to detail to meet the refined expectations of guests in a luxury residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a wide range of premium international dishes.
* Develop seasonal menus inspired by diverse global cuisines.
* Supervise ingredient preparation and ensure freshness and quality.
* Present dishes with refined aesthetics suitable for a high-class setting.
* Follow standard recipes while innovating for flavor and presentation.
* Oversee kitchen staff during meal preparation and service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and tools.
* Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
* Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the job scope.
Skills and Competencies Required:

Requirements
Education:
* Diploma or formal training in International Culinary Arts from a recognized institute (Minimum)
Experience:
* 3–5 years of experience in luxury culinary environments (palaces, high-end hotels, or elite residential establishments).
