Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Credit is one of the world's largest and longest-standing alternative credit investing platforms with approximately $100bn of AUM and 160 investment professionals based in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. GS Private Credit is a dynamic platform with significant cross-pollination across strategies - investment grade, direct lending (middle market and large cap performing credit), opportunistic and structured investments across debt and equity.
Goldman Sachs Alternatives Private Credit is seeking a highly driven individual to join the business unit COO team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Playing a key role in driving global initiatives to streamline currently in-place process and/or to support business development
2. Facilitating the internal Credit Investmentmittee process and deal allocation
3. Coordinating investment offering correspondence between external clients and deal teams
4. Producing and distributing external/internal marketing materials as well as business-critical presentations
5. Managing various recurring reporting for senior leadership and internal GS stakeholders
6. Recruiting and retaining talent by driving campus / lateral recruiting process and managing resource allocation within business to align with divisional target and business strategy
7. Overseeing floor administration, entitlement requests, expense approvals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
8. Bachelor's degree
9. 2-4 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
10. Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
11. Excellent interpersonal andmunication (written and verbal) skills
12. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
13. Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
14. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
15. Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
16. Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
17. mercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
