Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* A passion for person-centred care, goal-setting, and supporting independence
* Confidence in clinical assessments, care planning, and navigating complex needs
* Collaborative mindset and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team
* Familiarity with digital systems and a readiness to learn
* A warm, professional approach aligned with our SONA values: Everyone Matters, Creativity, and Integrity
You’ll Also Need:
* Current Police Check
* First Aid & CPR Certification
* Australian Driver’s Licence
