Role Overview As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, work with small groups of pupils, and provide 1:1 support where needed. You will play a key role in helping students reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Support teaching and learning in the classroom Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities Support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties Help manage classroom behaviour and engagement Requirements A degree in any subject A genuine interest in working with children and education Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, positive, and adaptable attitude Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential Ideal For Aspiring teachers (pre-PGCE experience) Graduates interested in Educational Psychology or SEN Individuals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience Why Apply Through Academics / Term Time Teachers?
