Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a leading outdoor and sport brand in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused, motivated individual to support a successful store team, drive sales, and develop their retail career.

Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
* Support store management with day-to-day operations
* Drive sales and performance to achieve company targets
* Open and close the store as required
* Maintain high retail standards including merchandising and stock control
* Handle deliveries accurately and efficiently
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and wider teams
About You:
* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
* Positive, can-do attitude and a natural people person
* Confident communicator with strong customer focus
* Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
* Ideally able to drive with access to a vehicle
