I am on the lookout for a commercially driven Lead generation specialist. who can take ownership of high-impact marketing campaigns for this innovative purpose led business.

The role is focused on driving pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue through targeted, data-led demand generation activity. You’ll play a key part in translating strategic objectives into effective multi-channel campaigns—connecting the right audiences with the organisation’s services and ensuring consistent, high-performing engagement across the funnel.

Working closely with marketing, business development and engagement teams, you’ll lead the execution and optimisation of campaigns that generate high-quality leads and measurable ROI. You’ll also help shape how demand generation is delivered—bringing insight, structure and continuous improvement to campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.


What you’ll be doing:

* Lead the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, webinars, content)
* Drive lead generation, nurturing and conversion to support pipeline and revenue growth
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align on target audiences, lead quality and campaign priorities
* Use data and performance insights to optimise campaigns and improve ROI
* Support the development and evolution of demand generation strategy
* Manage and optimise marketing automation and campaign tracking processes
* Work closely with content and product marketing to deliver high-value, targeted campaign assets
* Monitor industry trends and customer needs to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective


What we’re looking for:

* Strong experience in demand generation, digital or growth marketing within a B2B environment
* Proven track record of delivering campaigns that drive measurable acquisition and pipeline growth
* Deep understanding of digital channels, marketing automation and lead nurturing
* Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) approaches
* Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing and marketing analytics tools
* Experience scaling demand generation across multiple audience segments

You’ll be a hands-on, results-oriented marketer who thrives on ownership, continuous optimisation, and delivering measurable commercial impact.
