SEND Inclusion Officer (EHCP Reviews) East Midlands (Local Authority) £26–£28 per hour (Umbrella) (£20-22 PAYE exclusive) 37 hours per week 3-month initial contract Hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days home) A local authority in the East Midlands is seeking three experienced SEND Inclusion Officers to support a busy statutory SEND service, with a primary focus on annual reviews of EHCPs. This is a high-volume caseload environment, with approximately 250 cases per officer, requiring strong organisation, confidence in statutory processes, and the ability to work effectively at pace with minimal supervision.
