Residential Surveyor Job Requirements:
* MRICS or AssocRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer
* Strong technical knowledge of residential valuation and building pathology
* Experience producing Red Book valuations and reports for lenders and private clients
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
* Up-to-date knowledge of RICS standards, lender guidance and compliance requirements
* Full UK driving licence
