THE ROLE: As the Area Sales Manager, you will manage and grow accounts across the North West, selling electrosurgery generators, surgical instruments, diathermy equipment and smoke evacuation systems. You will spend four days per week in the field, supporting cases in theatre, running product trials and evaluations, and working closely with surgeons, scrub teams and procurement teams to drive sales and build relationships.
THE PERSON:
* Theatre-based medical device sales experience is ideal
* OR Clinical Specialists with the drive to move into sales
* Strong clinical communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive and commercially driven
* Full UK driving licence
THE PACKAGE:
* £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary
* £20,000 uncapped OTE
* Hybrid company car or £550 car allowance
