You’ll play a key role in transforming the HR service delivery across the Force, helping to embed a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with the HR Senior Business Partner, you’ll deliver high-quality, consistent HR advice and support, helping to drive forward our People Strategy and develop our workforce.
You will:
* Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
* Contribute to HR projects within the HR Operations service
* Support the delivery of local change programmes
* Be evidence led in decision making and providing professional advice
* Support and champion the HR service delivery model
* Work in partnership with our stakeholders
Qualifications
* A relevant degree and CIPD Level 5 qualification (Associate CIPD essential – will consider actively working towards).
* Proven experience in complex case management, and providing risk-based advice
* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and public sector operations
* Exceptional interpersonal, proactive, and problem-solving skills
Interviews
Interviews will provisionally take place on TBC. The interview will consist of a scenario-based activity and a competency-based interview.

* Formal translation from a reputable source for any foreign language or symbol tattoos
* Any paperwork relating to discharged debts, CCJ, bankruptcy etc
* Deed poll certificate for any name changes
