Our client is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Specialist on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be passionate, oues-driven and have a strong background in Learning & Development. You will be responsible for Learning and Development throughout the South East Region, including Colchester, Southend and Chelmsford.
Your new role
1. Lead the coordination and rollout of regional learning programmes, frommissioning to delivery.
2. Design and deliver engaging, practical training aligned with operational needs.
3. Oversee training information systems, ensuringpliance and data accuracy.
4. Maintain certifications, licences, and records to support operational resilience.
5. Conductpetency assessments and audits to meet regulatory standards.
6. Analyse trends in attendance, scheduling, and training risks, co-developing solutions with leadership teams.
7. Drive service improvements through capability-building and targeted interventions.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven L&D leadership experience in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
9. Expertise in adult social care regulations,pliance, and best practices.
10. Strong ability to interpret data trends, provide insights, and rmend actions.
11. Excellentmunication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
12. Health & Social Care Diploma Level 3 or above

14. Relevant mandatory training qualifications
15. LPI/CIPD Accreditation
