The Kitchen Manager Role:
1. Being positive, people focused and getting involved with the local community is a must.
2. Being punctual and detail oriented.
3. Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety.
4. Experienced on financials such as wastage control, labour margins and overall p/l review.
5. Always leading from the front with a passion for developing future management.
6. You don’t have to be an eco-warrior but an interest in keeping the planet clean is essential.
