Role: Marketing Manager - Parenting Club

Join us at Boots as a Marketing Manager for the Parenting Club. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape our Parenting Club communications and connect with customers during their parenting milestones.
This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term, part‑time role based in the Nottingham Office at 22.5 hours per week.
What you’ll be doing
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and delivery of our Boots Parenting Club Programme. You will oversee all communications across emails, app, events, loyalty promotions, and direct marketing. Collaborating closely with our Advantage Card team, youll use data and insights to create meaningful connections with our customers.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and implement new communication strategies that deliver personalised content and experiences that connect physical and digital journeys.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with various teams across Brand, Data Science, Orchestration, Media, Digital and Commercial teams to deliver category support and insight‑led customer journeys that nurture customers through their lifecycle and maximise LTV.
* Manage a direct report, fostering growth and clarity within your team.
* Utilise data and analytics to shape decisions and measure impact effectively.
* Support wider initiatives and projects within the Advantage Card team.
What you’ll need to have (our must‑haves)
* Proven experience managing a direct report and enabling clarity and team success.
* Strong background in CRM and personalised marketing within a data‑rich environment.
* Proficiency in project management tools, such as Trello.
* Experience in 360 marketing, including experiential marketing, social media, influencer marketing, partnerships branding.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Comfortable working with data, commercials and analytics to shape decisions, execute plans and measure impact.
* Collaborative mindset and want to get involved and help the wider team succeed.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience with large‑scale loyalty programmes or customer databases.
* A background in retail, health & beauty, or a fast‑paced consumer environment.
* Understanding of personalisation and segmentation approaches.
* Experience joining up online & in‑store customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion.
