The Role
* Lead backend services end-to-end, from design to production
* Collaborate with product and design to turn ideas into scalable solutions
* Shape API contracts, data models, and service boundaries
* Improve reliability, performance and observability of core features
Requirements
* Strong backend Golang experience (7+ years+)
* Solid system design, API and data modelling skills
* Comfortable owning complex product work from idea to rollout
* Experience working on modern cloud architectures
