We are currently hiring for a well-established engineering manufacturer within the rotating equipment industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service while supporting internal sales and operations teams.
* Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
* Providing product information and basic technical support
* Liaising with internal departments including sales, engineering, and logistics
* Managing customer expectations and ensuring timely updates on orders
* Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers
About You
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment.
* Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales, or support role
* Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or a technical product environment (highly desirable)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A confident and professional telephone manner
* Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
