Sales Director - UK & Ireland

A global healthtech leader is seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead strategy and execution across the UK and Ireland.
This senior leadership role carries full ownership of a ÂŁ60M+ region, with 7 direct reports and a wider team of 20. As part of the UK & IRL leadership team, you'll play a central role in commercial performance, growth strategy, and talent development across the region.
What you’ll lead:
* National sales performance across public and private markets
* Strategic account growth and new market penetration
* Coaching and development of a high-performing sales team
* Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
* Commercial planning, pricing, CRM, and territory optimisation
* Presence at industry events and customer-facing leadership
What you’ll bring:
* 7+ years in medical device sales, 5+ years in sales leadership
* Proven success driving revenue, managing strategic accounts, and leading teams
* Strength in closing complex deals and shaping long-term commercial strategy
* Ability to identify new market opportunities and lead innovation in sales
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to performance
* Track record of attracting and developing top talent
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
