Want your IT skills to help power the transition to net zero?
At Bohr, your work won't just keep systems running, it will help accelerate Europe's transition to cleaner, safer, zero‑carbon gas networks.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being the trusted go‑to person for IT, taking ownership of day‑to‑day support, and continuously improving how systems and processes operate.
About Bohr
We're on a mission to decarbonise energy through innovation. Through our methane emissions management division, Tectrac, we combine advanced mobile leak detection technology with powerful analytics and GIS‑led insights to help utilities find and fix methane leaks faster and more efficiently.
Methane is one of the most harmful greenhouse gases. By modernising ageing gas infrastructure using technology, data, and operational excellence, we're helping reshape one of the world's oldest infrastructures for a sustainable future.
The Role
We're looking for an IT Support Analyst to act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day IT support and operations, based at our Stone office.
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership.
You'll support colleagues across the business, keep core IT systems secure and reliable, and help mature operational processes as we scale.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and third‑party providers, acting as the first line of defence for IT issues while contributing to long‑term improvements across infrastructure, endpoint management, and IT governance.
What Success Looks Like
Issues are resolved quickly, professionally, and with minimal disruption.
Colleagues trust IT support and know exactly who to go to.
Devices are secure, compliant, and consistently configured.
Microsoft 365 and core services run reliably.
IT documentation is clear, current, and actively used.
Operational processes improve over time rather than becoming workarounds.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Experience in an IT support, IT analyst, or service desk role.
Strong working knowledge of Windows environments.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Exchange and Azure AD (Entra).
Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune or similar).
Understanding of ITIL‑aligned processes (incident, problem, change, asset management).
Hardware set-up, configuration and troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting macOS environments.
Exposure to Cyber Essentials and/or ISO 27001 controls.
Basic networking knowledge (VPNs, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, firewalls).
Experience working with third‑party IT suppliers or MSPs.
Ambition to grow into a more senior IT or operations role over time.
Why Join Bohr?
At Bohr, your work genuinely matters. You'll play a central role in ensuring reliable, secure IT systems that support critical environmental technology across the UK and Europe.
£28,000 - £32,000 (DOE).
Pension contribution scheme.
25 days holiday + bank holidays.
EMI share scheme – share in the company's success.
A visible, ownership‑driven role in a fast‑growing, purpose‑led company.
If you're an IT professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and being the trusted face of IT within a growing organisation, this is a chance to combine operational excellence with meaningful environmental impact.
