Our very successful manufacturing client based in Scunthorpe is looking for an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join their team.
The Quality and Compliance Manager will ensure that their products and services meet regulatory standards and internal quality requirements, overseeing the quality management systems and striving to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement Quality and Compliance Strategies
* Conduct Internal Audits
* Monitor, Create and update Quality and Compliance
* Investigate Quality Issues
* Documentation Management
* Cross Functional Collaboration
* Supplier Management
* Continuous Improvements
Qualifications
* A bachelors degree in Quality Management, or a similar related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality and compliance role
* Minimum 2 years of management experience
* Experience leading BRC, ISO9001 and FDSC Audits
