What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver structured onboarding for new HGV Drivers.
* Assess new drivers ability, safety standards, customer interaction, and delivery procedures.
* Provide clear feedback to Store and Regional Management.
* Act as the first point of contact for driver queries and operational support. xsngvjr
* Coach drivers to improve safety, efficiency, customer service, and bonus performance.
* Deliver ad-hoc train
