Enfield Legal Services is recruiting a Property Lawyer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for talented and ambitious professionals to join a friendly, committed, and highly regarded in-house legal team. The team focuses on delivering quality legal advice and contributing to the quality of life and sustainability of the borough.
The position involves supporting an increased programme of acquisitions to address Temporary Accommodation demand and handle Compulsory Purchase Orders. You should be a team player, self-motivated, and flexible. Although the role requires working to tight deadlines, you will receive the necessary support to succeed. We work collaboratively and flexibly and welcome applications from all community members. Work Arrangements
This role is classified as a flexible worker, requiring 2 days of office attendance per week. During the probationary period, office attendance may increase to up to 5 days per week to support learning and role development.
