Requirements:
4. Strength-Based Assessments: Conduct assessments focusing on the strengths and capabilities of individuals.
5. Person-Centred Support Planning: Develop support plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of individuals.
6. Long-Term Support Arrangements: Establish and manage long-term support for individuals with complex needs.
7. Mental Capacity Assessments: Perform assessments to determine individuals’ capacity to make decisions.
8. Court of Protection Work: Engage in legal processes to protect individuals who lack the capacity to make certain decisions.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
9. Social Work England registration
10. Eligible to work in the UK
11. Hold a full UK licence
12. Post-qualified experience
13. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
