We are looking for a Prescription Management Administrator to join our department on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities
* Support the Pharmacy Prescription Management Operations, including managing prescriptions, patient data entry, and pharmacy communications.
* Assist in the safe, effective, and efficient supply of medication, adhering to regulations and SOPs.
* Follow and promote relevant SOPs, company policies, and procedures.
* Scan documents into management systems or databases.
* Ensure accurate input of patient data into systems.
* Respond professionally to correspondence from patients and clients.
* Maintain departmental documentation filing systems.
* Label and dispense prescriptions timely and accurately, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
* Collaborate with the Prescription Management and dispensing teams for accurate patient data processing and efficient dispensary operation.
* Read and comply with communications from head office and other relevant parties.
* Perform any reasonable requests from supervisors or management.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support other departments as needed during busy periods.
Hours
Monday to Friday on an 11-week rotating schedule:
* 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (1 week)
* 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (8 weeks)
* 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (2 weeks)
* 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (1 week)
* 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 week)
* 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1 week)
Experience and Skills
* Desirable: 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
* Preferred but not essential: previous administrative experience.
Qualifications
Desirable: 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
Personal Skills & Qualities
* Confident in providing accurate, technical knowledge regarding medication supply.
* Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships within the pharmacy team.
* Responsive and confident in communication with hospitals, patients, and internal staff.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
