Description
* Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's accounting functions.
* Perform financial analysis and produce timely financial reports.
* Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
* Participate in the development of strategic financial objectives.
* Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
* A professional accounting qualification.
* Experience in management accounting within the Transport & Distribution industry.
* Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
* Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and standards.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
