We’re on the lookout for an Operations Finance Manager to help shape the future of finance across our depot network. From slicing through costs to proving your influence in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the perfect recipe for impact, variety, and growth.
We’re looking for a confident and forward-thinking Operations Finance Manager to support our distribution network across the South regions. Based in Enfield, you’ll be embedded in our depot operations across the South, partnering closely with the Head of Distribution.
This is a hands-on, site-facing role with real visibility across the business. You’ll be part of the wider finance network, joining weekly calls and face-to-face meetups.
Key Accountabilities and Measures · Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting for distribution costs
· Oversee weekly and periodic costs for all associated depots
· Process owner for secondary driver labour, and fleet costs
· Support projects and new infrastructure from a finance perspective
· Drive process improvements and identify risks and opportunities
· Mentor and develop Assistant Finance Managers
· Influence and engage stakeholders across the distribution leadership team

Essential Ingredients · Qualifications: CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent – fully qualified preferred, but part-qualified candidates will be supported with study time and funding
· Experience: FMCG or operational finance background, with strong stakeholder management
· Skills: SAP, Excel, Power BI; confident with data, insights, and trend analysis
· Mindset: Forward-thinking, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, assertive environment
