TT Electronics is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious graduate to join our Manufacturing Systems Engineering Graduate Programme – a brand‑new, two‑year scheme designed to accelerate your development and set you up for a meaningful, long‑term career in engineering manufacturing.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
Starting in September 2026, based at our manufacturing facility in Fairford, Gloucestershire, the programme puts you at the heart of our operations. You will gain hands‑on experience and work on real projects that shape how our products are designed, built, and improved while supporting our global commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Through structured rotations across Assembly & Test Engineering, Continuous Improvement, New Product Introduction, and Quality, you will own improvement initiatives, drive enhancement projects, support design change releases, and deliver problem‑solving close‑outs, making a measurable difference to performance, quality, and efficiency.
Upon successful completion, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a permanent role at TT Electronics, building a career that grows with you.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
* Graduates from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) degree backgrounds.
