We're looking for a Creative Production Lead to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities, it's about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers.

What you'll be doing
Take full ownership of creative production across VM campaigns
Deliver print, props, and physical display assets from concept to installation
Manage end-to-end production, including supplier sourcing, timelines, budgets, and quality
Build and maintain strong relationships with print, fabrication, and prop suppliers
Establish and embed scalable production processes and ways of working
Ensure all assets are delivered on time and meet brand standards
Collaborate closely with creative and operational teams to bring concepts to life
Identify and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining quality
Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges quickly and effectively
Balance creative ambition with practical, deliverable solutions in a fast-paced environment
We're looking for someone who
Has strong experience in print, production, or fabrication, with supplier knowledge and contacts
Is a proactive self-starter, comfortable building structure from scratch
Can manage multiple fast-paced projects without compromising quality
Has excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of brand standards
Is commercially aware and confident managing or supporting budgets
Communicates effectively and collaborates well across teams
Takes ownership, works hands-on, and solves problems with confidence
