1. Job Title: Customer Experience Advisor
2. Hours: 37.5 per week
3. Salary: £25,200 per annum, rising to £26,250 after probationary period
4. Location: Bradford Head Office
5. Contract Type: Permanent and fixed term contracts available - Full and part time available
We’re growing our Customer Experience Hub and are looking for Customer Experience Advisors who are passionate about putting customers first. In this role, you’ll support both prospective and existing customers, working closely with colleagues to achieve first-time, one-touch resolutions wherever possible.
The Role
6. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll handle a wide range of enquiries, including:
7. Logging and coordinating repair requests
8. Processing rent and service charge payments
9. Responding to queries about renting, home ownership and care services
10. Creating and updating customer applications
11. Handling general enquiries with clarity and care
